Deep tissue massage will be used to provide relief from deep muscle tension. Contrary to popular belief, deep tissue massage doesn't hurt. I will communicate with you throughout the session to make sure the pressure meets your needs.

Pregnancy Massage
A therapeutic massage designed specifically for the Mama-To-Be. The perfect time to be pampered. The pressure is mild to medium.
