I received my massage license in Holistic Massage Therapy from SpaTech Institute in Westbrook, Maine in 2022 . There, I gained experience in many bodywork modalities, including neuromuscular therapy, myofascial, prenatal, polarity, hot stone, Swedish, and deep tissue massage techniques.

I have a strong interest in tapping into and restoring the parasympathetic nervous system, giving my clients a deep sense of relaxation. Each massage is tailored to how you are feeling that day by pulling from a variety of techniques, such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, passive range of motion, active release, gentle rocking, and the use of cupping and scraping tools. I also enjoy discussing wellness plans with my clients, such as exercise routines, stretches, breathing exercises, or mindfulness techniques to increase the benefits from your massage between visits.

In my free time, I enjoy painting, crafting, hiking, traveling, and all the beauty and joy that New England has to share! I also own a small, hand-crafted jewelry business called Clay-N-Wire.
